ET Solar Signs 500 Kilowatt Module Sales Agreement with Korean Techwin

ET Solar Group Corp. (“ET Solar”), a Nanjing-based vertically integrated manufacturer of photovoltaic products including ingots, wafers, modules, and state-of-the-art dual-axis tracking systems with manufacturing facilities located in Taizhou, China, announced today a module sales agreement with Techwin Co Ltd. (“Techwin”), a leading Korean company in plant engineering and environmental technology development. Under the contract, ET Solar will supply 500 kilowatt of PV modules to Techwin, in the third quarter of this year.
Commenting on the news, Mr. Xinghua Wang, CEO and chairman of ET Solar, said: “We are very excited to establish business relationships with significant Korean PV plays like Techwin. The 500 kilowatt PV module agreement represents ET Solar’s first transaction in the burgeoning Korean PV market. Following the module sales agreements that we signed in the Italian and French markets, this agreement further demonstrates our strong market penetration capabilities and effective geographic diversification efforts. In the next few months, we expect to develop new relationships and become a more significant solar equipment supplier in the fast growing Korean PV market.”
