MTM Management, LLC, one of the leading developers of premier destination resorts in North America, announced that they have chosen Premier Power to install a 250 kW building integrated, polycrystalline solar electric membrane power system.  Open Energy’s SolarSave commercial product will be integrated with Duro-Last single-ply roofing membranes for this project. SolarSave membranes encapsulate high-efficiency polycrystalline cells in advanced composite materials laminated under heat and pressure to create lightweight, aesthetically appealing solar roofing systems.

Mark Bettis, Regional Sales Manager for Open Energy Corporation, said, “The Bardessono Inn project is environmentally inspired, with solar power co-generation, water conservation, on-site composting and minimal solid waste generation. We are proud to participate with Premier Power and MTM in this exciting project.”

According to MTM Management, LLC, the Bardessono vineyard will be home to one of the finest luxury boutique hotels in California’s central valley when it opens in the spring of 2008. The design concept is to create a 62-room Inn “by and of the Napa Valley” … an organic approach representing the true character and materials of the region. A carefully designed mix of public areas and private accommodations, Bardessono Inn will offer an indoor/outdoor lodging experience. Bathrooms and bedrooms will make full use of the natural light available from the individually walled, private courtyards.

“Premier Power is very excited to be a part of this state-of-the-art building integrated solar project. Bardessono has taken the lead in solar application and innovation,” says Dean Marks, president of Premier Power. “With this innovative solar project and its renewable energy leadership Bardessono is showing corporate America that being green is not only good for the environment, but also makes good business sense,” stated Dean Marks, president of Premier Power.
